Our Team Coaching department supports student teams. We'll help you and your team work better together.

The Royal Roads TeamWork website features resources to help you work effectively in teams. You'll learn to build relationships, plan and organize work, make decisions as a team, address conflict, and give and receive feedback.

Work with a team coach

Some Royal Roads programs have a designated team coach that you can meet with for guidance and support. Your team coach may lead workshops, help you build community and offer scheduled meetings.
