Your transcript is the official record of your academic activity at Royal Roads. It includes all of your programs, courses, grades and credentials.
You may need a transcript to apply for:
- grants and bursaries
- further education
- permanent residency in Canada
- some jobs
Ordering your transcript
You can ask the Registrar’s Office to send a copy of your transcript to you, or to the organization that needs it. If you owe fees or fines to the university, you’ll need to pay them before you can begin your request.
Step 1: Submit a transcript request online through your MyAdmin page.
Step 2: Pay the required fee through the secure online payment link.
Step 3: Review your request confirmation from the Registrar’s Office.
If you have trouble submitting your request through MyAdmin, email us for help. Do not include your credit card information in your message.
Receiving your transcripts
We send all transcripts by Canada Post.
It can take up to 10 days for your transcripts to arrive within Canada. We are not responsible for transcripts that get lost or delayed in the mail. If your transcript is going to a third party, contact them after 10 days to make sure it has arrived.
